temono products are made completely by hand. This means that dispatch could take up to 2 weeks. We do understand that time is of the essence sometimes and can be contacted at contact us page if you need something sooner.

Free regular shipping for orders over AU$50. Free registered shipping for orders over AU$200.

Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with any item from temono store, you can return it for a full refund less postage and transaction fees. Simply return the item to us in brand new condition including in tact packaging within 7 days of receiving.
We ask that you first email us with your order number and product name so we can process your return correctly. We value your opinion, and are always striving to offer the very best so please let us know exactly why you are not happy with it.

What the warranty covers.
temono's warranty ensures that zippers, clips, buckles, materials and workmanship will be free from defect.
What the warranty does not cover.
Damages that result from misuse or abuse of the product such as loss or wear and tear including but not limited to scratches, fading or abrasions. Consequential damages such as loss time, loss of contents of an item or similar expenses will not be covered by the warranty.
Warranty period
The item will be covered for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
What temono will do to correct the problem.
temono will replace any defective parts. In the case which a part cannot be replaced, the item can be exchanged for any item of equal value.
How you can get service
Should an item require service, send the item to te.mono headquarters along with proof of purchase and a letter detailing the problem.
