What The Warranty Covers

Temono's warranty ensures that zippers, clips, buckles, materials and workmanship will be free from defect.

What The Warranty Does Not Cover

Damages that result from misuse or abuse of the product such as loss or wear and tear including but not limited to scratches, fading or abrasions. Consequential damages such as loss time, loss of contents of an item or similar expenses will not be covered by the warranty.

Warranty Period

The item will be covered for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

What Temono Will Do To Correct The Problem

Temono will replace any defective parts. In the case which a part cannot be replaced, the item can be exchanged for any item of equal value.

How You Can Get Service

Should an item require service, send the item to te.mono headquarters along with proof of purchase and a letter detailing the problem.
