Temono products are made completely by hand. This means that dispatch could take up to 2 weeks. We do understand that time is of the essence sometimes and can be contacted at contact us page if you need something sooner.

Free regular shipping for orders over AU$100.

Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with any item from temono online store, you can return it for a full refund less postage and transaction fees, excluding products on sale. Simply return the item to us in brand new condition including in tact packaging within 7 days of receiving.
We ask that you first email us with your order number and product name so we can process your return correctly. We value your opinion, and are always striving to offer the very best so please let us know exactly why you are not happy with it.
